CollabTech is committed to provide you with more value for software maintenance& support paid. In collaboration with PTC and other software principals , CollabTech has developed a Value Added Services (VAS) Maintenance program to provide you with pro-active support and software upgrade.
When a customer purchases Pro|ENGINEER with 1st year maintenance and support OR updates subsequent years maintenance with CollabTech Asia Sdn Bhd, they are given onsite support by CollabTech, remote support by CollabTech and PTC(thru global support infrastructure) and periodical software updates facilitated by CollabTech Asia.
The Software Maintenance Support and Services is jointly offered by CollabTech and PTC (the developer of Pro|ENGINEER Software). Collabtech will provide local onsite support and facilitate software maintenance support given by PTC (Toll Free hotline support, CD shipments, Software Update and upgrades/releases). In addition to ‘reactive’ support, CollabTech provides ‘pro active’ support thru it’s maintenance value added services as part of the standard support plan purchased by customers.
